The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The competition is open to individuals over the age of 18. Employees of Back of Beyond Equine Centre or anyone otherwise connected to the judging of the competition is not eligible.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You can enter this competition via our Facebook Business Page by leaving a comment on our contest post.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be October 5^th, 2018. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Back of Beyond Equine Centre reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Back of Beyond Equine Centre is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

Win a Private Horse Drawn Wagon Ride for Four ($150 value) – includes a farm tour, meet and brush the ponies before the ride, a horse drawn wagon ride in the tradition of the original Muskoka settlers through our own woodland trails. Additional participants may be added to your experience at $25 per person. If not redeemed this prize will expire October 31, 2019.

Winner will be chosen at random from the entries received on Facebook.

The winner will be notified via Facebook each day for the second week of October. If no connection has been made we will assume the winner is aware and will contact us to redeem their prize before the expiry date.

Back of Beyond Equine Centre’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is an indication of his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any public material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely for this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
